I am reaching out to report an issue I’ve encountered with the Kirki Customizer Framework plugin on my WordPress site. Recently, I noticed that the text in my blog articles turned to bold characters unexpectedly, which was not the intended styling. This issue significantly affects the readability and aesthetic of my content.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Observed that blog articles’ text turned to bold characters.
- Proceeded to troubleshoot by disabling and enabling various plugins to isolate the issue.
- Identified that the issue resolves when the Kirki Customizer Framework is disabled, and reappears upon re-enabling it.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Cleared website and browser cache.
- Checked for theme and plugin conflicts by systematically disabling other plugins.
- Reviewed recent changes to the website that might have coincided with the issue (e.g., updates to WordPress, themes, or other plugins).
Request: I had to temporarily disable the Kirki Customizer Framework plugin to prevent the issue of the bold character from impacting my site’s presentation.
