Bold spaces lost during copy & past from Word

Hello everyone,

I am not sure this is the right place. I would like to check whether this is a bug, before submitting it. When I copy & paste from word a sentence with a certain pattern in bold, a space is removed.

Example:
???Text text, text
Whose code should be:
???Text <strong>text</strong>,<strong> </strong>text

Would be pasted as:
???Text <strong>text</strong>,text

It seems that bold spaces are lost when they are alone, as if the cleaning process just strips the open/close <strong> tag, without replacing with the space.

Could anyone help me evaluate whether to submit this?
