BoldGrid Error:: An error occurred while processing your request, please try aga

  • I am a first time user and have called tech support twice but they are unable to help me with this error.

    When I log into Bold Grid>Choose Inspirations>Choose Install as Active (first website)>Choose any category>Choose Select I get an error occurred while processing your request, please try again later.

  • Is this from a plugin? Or a theme option? None of the things you mention are part of WordPress core.

    Also, if you get an error message, it helps if you copy/paste it here.
