Boleto not working

Thanks for reaching out!

When trying to select the boleto method, it says “This payment method is not available in the selected country”

Can you share a screenshot of the error message so we can better check and understand where you get that error when you’re trying to select the Stripe Boleto payment method?

Is your store currency set to BRL? Did you activate the method in your Stripe Dashboard?

Do you mind sharing an URL to your product “PROGLOBAL” as seen in your screenshot so that we can try to replicate the error on our end?

Can you also send us a screenshot of your settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe Boleto? Remember to black out or redact the webhook endpoint for security reasons if it’s shown there.

Thanks for the screenshots.

You have to make sure the payment method is enabled in Stripe. Can you click on “Ative no seu painel do Stripe” which redirects you to the payment settings dashboard in Stripe and check if the method is active? You need to also add the webhook endpoint following the instructions on the page.
