Bolting on a Script Directory, Has AnyOne ever Done It

Not sure about the specifics of your question, but a good place to ask about scripts is the Sitepoint Scripts Forum.

Have placed a post there, and have nor heard from anyone yet.
Surely some where someone has bolted on a directory of sorts onto a WP blog???

Question is how and with what script?
