Bonus Point Addition

  • Hi, I need to add a bonus point if a team loses by less than half the wining score. For example.

    Team A 22 v 40 Team B
    Team A would receive 1 bonus point because the winning margin is LESS than half.

    Team A 18 v 40 Team B
    Team A would NOT receive a bonus point because the winning margin is MORE than half.

    Can anyone let me know if there is an equation for this please.

    The easiest way to do that is add a new player performance field labeled “Extra Point”, then add a new event result that will use this field. And finally you can use this field in your points formula, by summing the extra points to your current points formula

    OK thanks but what would the formula be if I need it to add 1 point IF the score is less than half the winning score?

    Hi!

    There would be no formula, you’d need to manually check and add the point (1 if it’s the case, no data or zero if it isn’t).
