Bonus QuestionPoints are not counted

    Hello,
    Sorry for the bad English.
    I cannot figure out what i do wrong.
    I have made questions. If a user has given the right answer and I let the program calculate, the score of the user is not increasing. It stays the same so there is no bonus.
    Is there a setting somewhere that can toggle on/off the calculation of bonus questions. I cannot find it so I can toggle it to on.
    I have used FootBall Pool many years with no problems concerning questions so i am a little bit confused.
    Have anyone a suggestion?

    Just being stupid. I did not connected the result to the ranking of in this case the month.
    It was calculated as the total and that is not visible in the score of the month.
    I hope some one can understand this.
    So it is resolved.

    As I was already typing my response, I will leave it here as it might help others.

    There is no special calculation setting for bonus questions, but there are a few things that you can check:

    1. Did you check the user answers and set them to “correct”?
    2. Is the setting for “correct” still there when you go back?
    3. Does the question have a “score date”? And is this date in the past?
    4. Is the ranking you are checking the default ranking? If not, does the custom ranking include the question?
