“Book an appointment on” date not showing

hello everyone

So i’ve made these booking categories which were working fine, but recently i upgraded to the paid version as i needed to download the csv file.

since then its not allowing anyone to book a session.

it lets you select a service but then doesnt show any dates on the second screen
