I’ve tested this locally against the latest version of the plugin in the repository and WordPress 4.5 and I can’t reproduce the issue. I’ve edited an existing review and created a new review. I can see both existing reviews and previews and I do not get a white screen nor any errors. I can also see the full book list with the shortcode.
I would suggest disabling all other plugins and/or switching to one of the default WordPress themes (I tested with TwentyFourteen, TwentyFifteen and TwentySixteen). If can reproduce the issue with everything turned off and one of the default themes active, then please let me know. It would also be helpful at that point if you were able to switch the WP_DEBUG
setting in your wp-config.php file to true
so you get an actual error message, that will help me identify what the problem might be.
If you aren’t able to reproduce the issue with everything turned off and a default theme active, start activating plugins one at a time until you reproduce the issue again. When you activate a plugin (or the theme) and you get the issue again, you know that that is the plugin/theme that is causing the issue. I wouldn’t be able to provide support for other people’s plugins or themes but I might at least be able to reproduce the issue (if it’s not a premium theme or plugin) and provide some information about next steps and who to contact.
