• Hello everyone,

Please don’t shout if I have this in the wrong place, I did read the “Before you post” and I don’t -think- I’m posting in the wrong place, but accept my apologies if I have!

[ Moderator note: moved to Fixing WordPress. ]

I’ve googled for a while now in vain, trying to find a plugin that suits. We use wordpress (quite successfully) as an intranet here, but we’ve just added our Timeshare availability to the site (we offer a timeshare as a benefit, only on a few weeks of the year). At the moment, the HR manager has to take the bookings manually and then update the page with what’s left for others. I was hoping to automise this somewhat.

I know there are lots of reservation/appointment booking plugins available, but all of these tend to be specifically Calendar based, or if appointment lists then they are by time. What I would like, is for our HR manager to be able to list the “reservations (7 nights” in the back end, then display them through a widget as a list, with a book now next to it, rather than having to check a calendar by month for the availability (as I say, we don’t have many, so this would be pointless).

For example (as I reckon I’m not explaining myself well)

    Timeshare 1
    Wales – 7 Nights – 01/01/17 – 08/01/17 [BOOK NOW]

    Timeshare 2
    Scotland – 7 Nights – 21/04/17 – 28/04/17 [BOOK NOW]

    etc

Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction?

    Thanks very much,

    Solomon

At this point, we’ve reached the limits of what most in the community here are willing to offer in their spare time (everyone here is a volunteer). You should consider hiring someone so that you can give them direct access to the site for a far more efficient fix than we can provide here.

Please try https://jobs.wordpress.net/ or https://jetpack.pro/ and do not accept any hire offers posted to these forums.

We will keep this thread open, unless it veers too far off course, in case someone from the community is willing to provide further help here for free.

Thanks for your reply. Not looking for someone to make something for me, just wondered if anyone knew about any plugin that might suit :). Thanks for keeping the thread open
