bookCar method not defined

We are currently developing a site – in local and when we enter in the car’s details page and hit on Select button – in the console appears an error – bookCar is not defined. We have searched the code for this name and we found that it appears twice in catalog.js and once in booking.php. In the two files there is a call to the method but it is not defined anywhere. We are using the latest version of the plugin – obviously we have an account in rentsyst.com
*** It is a “vanilla” wordpress (5.9.3) installation, no templates / plugins are installed – we are using the template twentytwentytwo
