BOOKED Appointment help

    Not happy with this BOOKED plugin. The programmer gave it to me late, I can’t get any response or support from Booked and I need to get a simple appointment system going for a small one dentist office. Any suggestions or help out there> Thanks so much.

    Seems you are referring to a different plugin. Please note that the plugin you are referring (the one installed at the indicated page) isn’t related to us and we cannot offer support for third party plugins here.

    Our plugin is the “Appointment Hour Booking”, if you are using it we will be happy to help. If you want to test our plugin you can install it from the plugins menu >> add new >> search for “appointment hour booking” and select the plugin named “Appointment Hour Booking”.

    Yes, sorry. We switched from NOOKED to your WP Hour Booking. A geta program that I think will od us just fine for our client.

    I do have a question though. There are many columns in the report spreadsheet that would never be used such as final price, app duration, formoid etc that would never be used.

    is there a way in the plugin to edit this template as it will never be used and would be cleaner for our client’s use?

    and are there filters to only send certain days or ranges in the report?

    Hi,

    Use the following feature to exclude columns from the spreadsheet exports:

    The filters applied are the filters you can set from the bookings orders list or from the schedule list (for manual exports).
