Hi! Can anyone recommend me a plugin or something that would put a “Book now” or similar button on a page/article and the opening form would already include the name of the article/page where the button was clicked? Or something in that manner.

Could anyone help me out? ??

Hi joh123,

you can use Book now for the button an then use Contact form 7 Dynamic text extension to autofill a contact form 7 form in the destination page.
