Booking calendar/form on website

Hi,

My client is a wedding venue. They want a calendar where users can select a date/time to book the venue. The user should fill out a form which gets emailed to the client. The client checks the details and then confirms the booking (at which point the date/time is no longer available on the calendar).

My initial thoughts is to use a Google calendar somehow. But perhaps theres more of a ‘WordPress solution’ to achieve this?
