Are you referring to WP 3.5.1? Did you upgrade EM as well?

I’m assuming you’re trying to book and get this error, not just when visiting the bookings page, right?

Sounds to me like something went wrong when updating, e.g. the database didn’t get updated properly. Try checking your php error logs if you can, that may give a clue.

Sorry, I wrote the wrong version. I wanted to refer to EM 5.4.1, which I upgraded yesterday. People started reporting to me they werent able to book tickets.

Yes, I get this error on the booking the ticket. There is nothing I see visibly wrong in the error logs. Any other way to troubleshoot. I do not wish to reset the plugin as we have some data in the EM.

Did you get today’s plugin update? If you did are you still seeing the same problem?

    hi,

when you update, does it go smoothly without any error and did you see the success message? also, (if possible) can you try to deactivate/activate EM?

    thanks

Yes, i updated the plugin to 5.4.1.1 before putting up this thread and tried everything. I was looking for DB fix if it all was the error. Because of urgency, I was forced to remove EM and re-install. Later I located the problem & it was the DBUser for WP_Mysql which dint have ALTER rights. What surprises me is no where I could locate error in relation to the same. I am still confused on that.

    Anyways, thanks for your support.
