Booking Cut-Off Date

    Hi,
    For a recurring event.
    I do not understand the 2 options in the Booking/Registration here:

    1–Available until
    2–Booking Cut-Off Date

    The manager wants that the attendees can book an event up to 8:00PM the day before the event.
    Example:
    An event starting on Saturday July 21st can be booked until Friday July 20th at 8:00PM

  • Hi,

    The Available until setting is for individual tickets, while Booking Cut-Off Date is for booking for the event as a whole. Unless you want different tickets to be available until different times, that’s the setting to use.

    Hi,

    If I understand, for me, both dates have to be the same.
    And for my case to stop the booking the day before the event at 8:00PM, I should write on both places, “1 day before 8:00PM”.

    Yes, except that you don’t need to set a cut-off date for the ticket, you can just use the main booking cut-off date for the event.
