Booking Details Marked as Unchecked

  • Hi There

    We have the Booking System plugin installed and in use, it is great and works well.

    The only issue we have is that when a booking is made, all of the customer data is marked as ‘Unchecked’. Data is entered into the booking form but not carried over into the emails or booking system.

    Please could you advise how to rectify this?

    @dotonpaper Please do not leap to asking for that FTP information. That is something that is actively discouraged in these forums.

    • Forum members, including plugin and theme authors, should never ask for admin or FTP access to a server, MySQL, or WordPress installation.

    There are lots of things you can try before you jump ahead to that step.

    Please change your theme, with one from WordPress, like Twenty Fourteen, and tell us the issue persists.

    I can’t easily change the theme as I have visitors going to the site.
