• So weird we are doing some free bookings for a workshop, when the service is selected the number of available slots decreases, the form says the booking has been made, but no email arrives anywhere either admin or client and there is no record of the details of the booking anywhere.

    So for example an event had 600 slots, not is 592, but we cannot find the bookings anywhere or received any emails

    Any idea why this is happening ?

    We deactivated the plugin, we just checked and realized maybe we hit the 30 reservation, so we just moved on to a contact form.

    There is no any limit of usage related to number of reservations made. If you want me to check what is wrong, please activate it and let me know the page where I can do a test booking.

    Also we found out that the emails of the few bookings never arrived … we did some test and the bookings worked but now they dont even appear on the backend

    I’ve just made a test booking on your website. Please, open the Appointments page, select Enric Corbera in the service list, set the date range that include the 14 October. Let me know if appointment appeared in the table.
