Booking Form suddenly stopped working

    Hi
    The Webba Booking Plugin on my website always worked perfectly, hundreds of appointments booked without any problem – until it suddenly stopped working yesterday. I didn’t make any changes at the website or anything, I have no idea where the error comes from. Instead of submitting the booking-request, “Something went wrong. Please try again” appears and no appointment is booked. I tried with different browsers from different computers, but it’s always the same. I’d be very grateful if you could help with this issue!

    Hi,

    Please, send us details about the appointment you are trying to book: date, time, service and checkout fields values. We will do a test booking with your data.

    Hi,
    I tried random appointments with random data and it still doesn’t work. My clients aren’t able to book appointements either, that’s why I noticed the booking form didn’t work in the first place. I just tried this and got an error message:
    Drop-down-list: Verkehrspsychologische Untersuchung der charakterlichen Fahreignung

    Time: 15:30
    Anrede: Herr
    Vorname, Name: Steven Meyer
    Geburtsdatum: 01.05.1980
    E-Mail: [email protected]
    Telefonnummer: 044 001 00 01
    Strasse, Nummer: Neumarkt 1
    Postleitzahl: 8400
    Ort: Winterthur

    Sprache: Deutsch
    Geschwindigkeitsüberschreitung: 1-2 Male
    (left “nie” for the remaining drop-down-lists)

    Hi,

    tried with your data and got a success message again. You can check the booking on Freitag, 06.07.2018 15:30 on your backed.

    Please, clarify what browser are you using?

    Your booking worked, I received the confirmation e-mail and can see it on the backend.

    I use Firefox Quantum, version 60.0.2 (64-bit).

    I’ve just tried with the same data in Firefox Quantum, version 60.0.2 (64-bit). And get a success message again..

    Please, completely clear cache in your browser and try again. Let me know if this won’t help.

    It worked! However, I just received a message from one of my clients that the form doesn’t work for him. Well, I guess I just tell everyone to clear their cache – unless you have another suggestion? Thank you very much for your support!
