Booking Form with several feature requirements

Hopefully someone can help as I’ve looked at every booking system I can find and none of them have been what we need for our business.

We run a cleaning service (house cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning) and I’m trying to find a booking system that integrates with WP and has several features. I have a good background in IT, however I’m not a programmer so something like Contact Form 7 or any thing that requires heavy coding will not work.

What I’m looking for is a booking system with a zip code verification and one that will allow us to create a custom services form displaying all our services, sync with a calendar, capture the customers information and integrate with Stripe to capture/store their credit card information.

Most of the booking systems that I’ve found try to pass our customers off to their website or they allow the customer to select a service and an add-on service but then we’re not able to add the additional time needed for the add-on service or they are not able to select multiple services in one session.

Example:
Service: Carpet Cleaning – $99, 1hr
Add-on Service: Scotch Guard – $20, 30min

Service: House Cleaning – $150, 3hrs
Add-on Service: Oven Cleaning – $35, 1hr

I’d also like it if the system would automatically send email and SMS confirmations and reminders. It also needs to look at our calendar and show the customer the available time slots for the selected services and restrict services to certain days of the week and assign it to specific technicians or teams.

Example:
Carpet Cleaning – Carpet Cleaning Team, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm
House Cleaning – House Cleaning Team, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Another requirement is that it needs to have a customer portal where the customer can manage their account. Some systems offer this feature but at a premium price ($350 or more a month).

And last but not least, we need to have some type of a gift certificate, voucher and membership system so we can offer deals to our customers.

Some of the systems that we’ve already tried include bookfresh, bookeo, appointments plus, mhelpdesk, vcita, bookedin and several others. I’ve also looked at github but again, I’m not a programmer so just ended up being frustrated :/
