    Hello,

    There is a booking on the 31st of December 2021, which is approved and it does appear as “not available” but the date cell on the calendar, does not appear in RED as it does with other bookings.

    Do you think you can help me? Any ideas as to what could be the problem?

    Can you tell us what version of our plugin you are using?

    Also, maybe you(to another moderator) set this date as unavailable manually?

    Hello and thanks for your reply.

    I’m using version 3.0.9.

    On “set days availability” it says “Available” so maybe this is not the problem.
    We have many bookings, but this is the only one that has that issue.

    Is there anything else I could check?

    Hi dear @morgy23 again.

    Maybe there is a database issue or other issue, we can’t say from our side, because we have limited information. You can also edit the calendar from the Reservations page and set it as Booked or Unavailable.

    Oh sorry, we forgot that it is a Premium feature.

    If this is the only reason for purchasing the premium version, then we will advise you to change it from the database.

    Hello again,

    You know what? Besides the premium feature, of course, there is a way to mark the day booked manually, as you originally suggested, from the Calenders options, not the Reservations options, as I thought.

    Thank you so much for your support. We will still consider purchasing the extended version as this is a very nice plugin ??
