Booking overview default sort settings

Dear Jan,

Through the screen options it is possible to change the view of the bookings which is great. I noticed though that the bookings are sorted by default by their first column. Would it be possible to change this to start – date either by default or with an option in the screen options? This option would be great when bookings in the past are then not shown anymore so there is an overview of the upcoming bookings, not sure whether in the version just released bookings in the past still appear since my are still in the future since I started using this plugin.
