Booking plugin for band

  • Hi all,

    I am looking for a booking plugin which can do the following:
    – customer can request an event (in our case a gig) on a certain date (and time)
    – an admin or booking manager can send this request to every bandmember, notification by mail
    – bandmembers can approve or deny the event on that certain date, ie they are available for the event/gig (preferable by a link in the mail)
    – after a certain deadline the booking manager can see if our band can accept the request, if a minimum of bandmembers have accepted/approved (a list of replied bandmembers can be shown)
    – the booking manager can send a confirmation to the client
    (- booking mananager can also send mails to bandmembers who already accepted or to members who haven’t replied at all)

    I hope you guys and girls understand what I am trying to ask (as I am not Native English).

    Can I do this with different plugins if 1 won’t be enough to do the above?
