Booking Status confirmed automatically (Even customer hasn’t made payment)

    Hello, how to change default booking status?

    If I select “Confirmation upon payment”, the booking status is “confirmed” as default.
    But the only payment is direct bank transfer (guest not paid it yet)

    How to change default booking status into “Pending Payment”?

    Hello there.

    Please be informed that the “Direct Bank Transfer” is considered an offline payment gateway because guests pay outside the Hotel Booking plugin. And there is no trigger in the plugin that will change the booking status from “Pending Payment” to “Confirmed” after the successful payment, so that’s why it gets confirmed right away. For now, there is no way to set a “Pending Payment” status for that kind of payment but we sure keep your suggestion in mind, thank you!

    For now I’ll set “Manually by admin” and fill Client Email notification with direct transfer instruction as alternate.
