    Hello,

Just wondered if this would be the booking system for website – we are going to rent 4 rooms, from a reasonably large building. Each room will have its own page, with a booking system. Also, they can be booked in the morning or the afternoon, for each room. Pretty simple to be honest, can this plugin work for that? Thank you

    Hi dear user.

If you need 3 different calendars for each room, then there isn’t any problem in this case.

About the morning and afternoon, do you need hours booking or half-day bookings?

    Thanks.

Thanks, yes the half-day booking, thats what we would need? That is possible?

    Hi dear @rich99.

Go to the Booking calendar Themes page, General settings tab, and find this option “Calculate price for night”. Enable this option and create new dates from the Calendar pages. We think this is the option you are asking for.

    Thanks.

    Hi dear user.

We didn’t understand you well, this option is a free option.

    Thanks.

i see right, i found where the theme setting is now. How can we make it so that the half day, then becomes half price only? Must be able to book just half a day, cant see that happen right now (unless we pay for the hour rate correct?)

and all of this, is not a hotel, rather rent the room. How can we change all the blurb, ie “Check in”, “Check out” etc etc? thanks

Also, i did notice that the price seems to be on the wrong side? ie at the moment everything is set at 500£ which would be the other way £500? Why is this?

Unfortunately, there isn’t such functionality in the premium version as well, so there is no need for paying for the premium version. It is not so easy to add this functionality, so we can’t do it at this point.

You can change texts from the .po file.

About the price, there is an option “Currency Position”, you can change it.

    Thanks.

I see, thats a pity. Just to confirm, in the premier option you do have an hourly booking rate for a day that i have seen – theres just no option to change that? ie, cant alter for one hour, then merge 2 or 3 hours into a booking etc?

    Dear user.

We didn’t understand you well. You can set any hour slots you need from the admin panel.

    Thanks.

ok, we need the booking to be a half day option? ie, 8am – 12pm, and 1pm to 5pm or so? And if thats the case, could it be possible for the user to book such as a multiple bookings, ie – 20 Oct (Morning), 21 oct (all day), 22 oct (afternoon)?

    Hi dear user.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible with the hours booking. When you activate the hours booking, users can only book hour slots from only one day. They can book hours from different days only with several booking requests.

    Thanks.
