• I created an Event with Booking enabled at 2022-09-09
    event date is 2022-10-05
    Price: 120,00
    but in wordpress backend in Events Manager this Ticket has always the red state after closing Ticket Editor and Updating Event
    no matter which Available from date and Available until date i enter.
    e.g. Available from date: 2022-09-25, Available until date: 2022-10-03

    In Frontend users see: “Bookings are no longer possible for this event”
    “Bookings closed”

    I need the Booking in State green so Users kann book this Event

    I have Events Manager Version 6.1.2.1
    Wordpress Version: 6.0.2
    PHP: 7.4

    there is only 1 Ticket per Event because of single treatment
    Price 120,00
    place 1
    At least 1
    Maximum 1

    i tested different available places (10,2,2) but after saving –
    Ticket stays in state red

    Ok! Sounds correct to me.

    Both the event it self and every type of ticket has its own limits for amount of available tickets and dates. I guess that you have checked both.

    If i have duplicated a single event with date 7 days later same time, same price same available places .. – must i create a new ticket with a different Ticketname e.g. “treatment2” instead of “treatment” ?

    What I meant was, if you have several kinds of tickets for a event you can set separate limits for each kind of ticket. Just below the tickets in the event editor, in the “Event options” section, you can set the limits for the event (Total Spaces, Maximum Spaces Per Booking, Booking Cut-Off Date).

    I can’t imaging that ticket names in different event will interfere with each other. I have used the same name in several events without having noted any problems.

    i have only one ticket per event.
    i found a bad solution:
    if i never touch the fields Available from date and Available until date then
    ticket is in state green immediately after saving.
    In Database in table: shvb_em_tickets: the fields ticket_start und ticket_end
    both must be NULL !!
    But that is certainly not what the inventor intended.
