• Hello…again
    As we use the booking system, we are able to feed back issues that we are coming across in order to assist with fixes/development of the booking system. I know that you have taken other posts on-board (although there have been no updates on them as yet) so I hope that this highlights further problems that can be fixed.

    We seem to have an issue whereby if we put an assistant on “holiday”, as expected…bookings for that assistant can’t be made.
    However, when going through the booking process, the timeslot remains green (available) even though there is no assistant available.

    Whilst a booking can’t be made, it appears as if it can be to the customer, only to find on the next step that no assistants are available.

    It would be great if this could be fixed.
