Booking without login possible?

Hi and many thanks for your great plugin and for thousands thanks for your free version!

Is it possible to use the booking form without any registration or login. I could not manage to have just name, mail, phone and the submit button without any password field. What I have managed is to have just mail, password and the submit button, but it does not work. Do I miss any option?
