Booking.com like customer review – poll plugin?

    I am searching a (hopefully free) review plugin that works like booking.com. I don’t need people’s comments, I just want logged in users to rate 4-5 features that I wrote. The plugin should calculate the overall review score. For example;

    Cleanliness 8.4
    Comfort 7.9
    Location 9
    Facilities 7.7
    Staff 8.2
    Value for money 6.4

    Review score 7.9

    any1 can help me find a suitable plugin?
