    It might be possible that the booking filter is not proper? Have you checked, Dashboard > Events > Click Edit on that Event, Then on Right sidebar click on Manage Bookings.

    Unfortunately we checked but everything seems ok. Some bookings we do not receive on dashboard but in email yesso we can’t approve them

    Could We Perhaps know what Payment Gateway are you using? If you also have a Pro Account, Please do submit a Ticket there so We could better provide support as We might need to ask for login credentials on your Site.
