• Hi,
    The issue I face is the with the booking in pending status and approved status. Both of them not showing the booking manager.
    And the booking is not mandating payment though I have given the paypal details. Am I missing something?

    Hey,
    Did you refresh the booking manager page after the booking were made? It wont refresh automatically.
    The PayPal button is added to the booking status page.

    Yes I did multiple times but I still cant see the bookings records.
    And can we send the booking confirmation after they have made the payment?

    Yes. Under PayPal settings you set so that paid booking get approved status.
    And there is also a setting that sends out receipt email when booking status is changed to approved.

    I can’t seems to reproduce your problem though. Can you describe step by step how are you testing? Can you see that seats are taken in registration map but in booking-manager they just don’t appear?

    Here are the steps:
    1. First clicked “Create event registration” in Home page
    2. Gave all the details (Registration, Editmap, settings given the paypal etc details, Pending status chckbox is unticked,Booking email confirm is unticked)
    3. then book the seat
    4. Enter all the details like first name, last name, emailid etc and click booking
    5. I get a confirmation popup your booking is approved
    6. then I get an email. I need to click the link in in the email and then pay.

    Rather at step4 – it is not mandating for payment. Is this how it is designed?
    And I dont see the entries for pending and approved in the booking page.

    And in the overview I see there is pending and approved count but not showing in bookings screen. Am I missing something?

    Just to be sure did you opened the Approved tab in booking-manage? As you unticked use pending then all bookings will be automatically approved.
    About the step 4. Yes its by the design. I have some future plans to upgrade it though.
    What I advice is to not untick Pending status in settings if you are using PayPal. And check Set paid booking approved under PayPal settings. So now when someone books a seat, the seat will be first in pending state and then when successful payment is made it will be approved.

    Hi, Yes I checked the Approved tab.

    If I tick the pending status, until the user is clicking the link in the email the seat is shown as available and more chances that duplicate booking will happen. So just thinking how to overcome that.
    And if someone wants to cancel the booking is there an optin?

    Really strange. I can’t seem to reproduce the issue. How did you name your registration (there is an known issue with certain characters)? What happens if you click on the PDF icon in booking-manager? Do you see the bookings in the generated PDF?
    Duplicated bookings should not happen. The first one that clicks on the link in the email gets the booking. The other person gets message that seat is already booked.
    Only admins can delete bookings using booking-manager. Users who made the booking can’t delete it by themselves. Maybe it is something to add in the future though.

    I named it as SGRK.
    I dont see any bookings in the PDF too.

    Can you make a screenshots of the registration page, map editor page, overview page, and the bookings page?
    Also what web browser are you using?
