Hello, I have a bad problem. I am the owner of a Plus license with version 2.4.9.6.

I created a booking system for a large client. Before we went online, some test bookings were made internally. The test bookings were also successfully registered in the backend.

Background: The calendar was set in 20min time slots. 10:00 am, 10:20 am, 10:40 am etc. In the calendar settings it was stored that only one person can book a slot at a time. Only the open appointments are therefore visible in the front end.

There were 20 available appointments in the front end for my customers, of which 2 weeks later only 5 appointments can be booked in the front end. In the backend in my administration, however, my 15 bookings are now missing.

The problem is currently very big. It concerns an international real estate company, where important entries are missing now. How do I get the missing entries / data?

    Thanks in advance

    Wordpress: 5.8.1
    SSA Version: 2.4.9.6
    PHP: 7.4.16
    SQL: 8.0.17
