Bookings link keeps disappearing randomly

    Currently, I have set all new user bookings as pending so that an admin can approve or reject them. In the email template that gets sent to admins, I included #_BOOKINGSLINK tag so that they can just click on it and approve easily without having to go to wp admin area. I have a really strange problem – sometimes the email does contain the link for approval and other times it doesn’t. Seems like it’s random. How come this happens?

    we tried this on our test server and seems to be working fine; can I know if you are using normal/single booking or multiple bookings mode?
