    Hi, for some reason we’ve had two bookings now (both completed via paypal) that have sent us that we’ve had a booking – yet for some reason no customer, appointment or anything is showing in the back end at all?

    Looking to buy the premium version so would appreciate this fixed if poss as we want the auto calender syncing etc.

    Hello,

    If an appointment is not created when payment is done with PayPal then kindly double-check IPN Settings. Go to PayPal Account -> My account –> profile –> my setting tools –> instant payment notifications –> update –> choose IPN settings.

    Still, if the appointment is not created, BookingPress provides the payment debug Logs from the BookingPress -> settings page -> Debug Log tab -> ‘Payment Debug Logs’ section please enable the PayPal method Logs. and you can check by booking an appointment.

    We have the same problem but with payment option ‘mollie’ ??
    With local payment theres no problem and since today we installed the online payment option Mollie, set the api, …. received 2 payments but no bookings ?? When i do the test, i notice when i payed the molie returns to our site, i see the thank you page but where the text says ‘booking id’ theres no id behind it
