Bookings Plugin not working with Astra

  • Hello,

    I’m trying to create bookings but not being able to do so with Astra Pro. When I select “Add to Cart” button, the button deactivates and no item is added to the cart. I’m using Pluginhive’s Woocommerce Bookings and Appointments plugin.

    However, this issue is not there in Storefront theme.

    Kindly suggest what to do.

    I’m having the same problem. v 4.0.1 works OK. v 4.1.3 & v 4.1.4 fail. I can’t get hold of any other versions between 4.0.1 & 4.1.3 to see which was the last working version. The version control in the live site just gives a blank screen so that’s not an option for rollback.

    Could you please disable the Astra Pro plugin then see whether the issue is still happening? If it is, then it might be related to the Astra Pro plugin.
