    Hello.
Please check all steps from this troubleshooting instruction: https://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/do-not-get-emails/
If you are using some free email accounts (from gmail, yahoo, hotmal, etc..), then please check the last point from that troubleshooting instruction.
    Kind regards.

    @ruthieou, sounds like

    1. you use a Gmail account and
    2. they have recently tightened the security on your account

This has absolutely nothing to do with the Booking Calendar plugin.

You need to use OAuth 2.0 and this plugin for SMTP.

This is a bit confusing. Can anybody check this for me if I create a temporary sign in (via private message, of course)? I am not using gmail as the admin, but nothing wants to work for me.

    Thanks!

    Hello.
Please recheck all points from that troubleshooting instruction. If you do not receive emails in the point #4, then please contact the support of your hosting company to recheck the error mail log to check the reason why the emails not sending.
    Kind regards.

Sure, I can take a look for you. I’m pretty familiar with Booking Calendar, it’s a great plugin. email me at jason -at- hendriks -dot- ca

Ruthie resolved her issue by switching hosts. Drastic, but she had a user/password problem that her host was unable or unwilling to solve.

    Our last communication:

Ruthie as far as I can tell, the problem is not on your end. It is with your host. Your next step should be to open a ticket with them.

It’s likely something as trivial as the wrong password, or they accidentally removed your SMTP access.

The will probably reset your password. Then just enter the new password into the Postman settings and click “Send a Test Email” again.

    Hope that helps,
    Jason

    Hello!!!

Your plugin is working great, until I try to send email using yahoo account. My admin email is gmail account, and the email is not going in. What could possibly be the problem? Thank you

That is because you are not sending your gmail through the gmail SMTP server. This flags the email as suspicious and Yahoo rejects it. Install an SMTP plugin and use the gmail server instead of your local server.
