Bookings with the same mailadress but different users are overwritten

I’m having some serious issues with the Events Manager Pro plugin.
Every time a customer is using an email-adress for the booking which has already been used somewhen in the past (f.e. a business mail address like info@…} the name of the old user is overwritten with the new contact informations of the latest user. This includes phone number and everything else. Is there any way, to book a user into the event with the same mail address and different user informations?
