Booklet is empty or it doesn't exist.

  • I use Add New Booklet to upload a pdf. It is processing a long time and the pdf is added to the media library. I paste the shortcode to a post, but only this message is displayed: Booklet is empty or it doesn’t exist.
    According to information under settings, evrything shoud be all right.
    I deactivated all other plugins with no effect.

    I tried another PDF and this worked! This is a four page form. The one that did not work ia a 11 page PDF generated from PowerPoint. What are the requirements to the PDF?

    Has to do with file size.
    I export PDF as JPGs and then upload those instead of using the PDF converter.

    By default, WP Booklet only converts the first 10 pages of PDF files because PDF conversion can be extremely resource-intensive. You can disable this limit under WP Booklet->Settings.

    The first file was 11 pages. I expected it to convert the first 10. It did not help to disable the limt.
