Bookly category and service not showing

I was working on Bookly Plugin. I did the initial setup and then checked it by applying the form on a new page and everything worked perfect. Then I went for adding proper categories and different services offered by my company. I added 2 categories and 3 services. Then I went again on my form page to check out how it shows up. But there was no category or service showing up. By the way I was working on local hosting.
