Bookmarking specific moments of a video

    Does your plugin offer the possibility to bookmarks specific moments of a video?

    I link that would go to different parts of the video, not to different parts of the page. Is that possible?
    Example:

    In an HTML page (WordPress), there would be links and a video below them. If I click on any link they would put the video on a specific moment (time).

    For example (considering the above image):

    If I click on the link “Completed Does God Need a Strategy?” the video would go to the moment 1:01 as shown in the picture below:
