Books not showing up – paid premium website down

    Hi,

    thanks for a potential great plugin. At the moment I’m having 2 issues;

    1)
    I’ve just installed the plugin and paid for the premium. However after I paid with Paypal I got an error saying your site is down. Please could you fix this so I can access the premium features.

    2)
    When I add a book using a ISBN number which I can confirm exists and works with other services, I just receive an empty book. It seems the plugin is unable to pull the down the information on the book. I’ve tried with several other ISBN numbers with the same result.

    The book list is at corinair.com/books at the bottom.

    Hi Corinair,

    Thanks for your interest, and sorry you’re having trouble! I’m doing some impromptu maintenance on my website. I’ve manually sent the ‘command’ to unlock the premium features to your website, so you should see those enabled shortly.

    As far as not being able to find your particular book, I’m assuming you’re trying to add ‘Ghandi – An Autobiography: The Story of My Experiments with Truth’, among others? Looks like you tried adding the book with the ISBN10 number (0807059099) – I just googled the book, found it’s ISBN13 number, and tried that on your website and it worked. Just a general rule-of-thumb, if you can’t adda book by it’s ISBN10 number, try it’s ISBN13 number. Also, you’ve alerted me to a possible bug, so I’ll be working that out in an upcoming update.

    Hi,

    thanks for a really fast response! Yeah it seems the ISBN numbers I tried from amazon and goodreads didnt work somehow. Using the ISBN numbers from google search seems to work now!
