Bool value on line 28

Since the 2.0 update I am getting the following error on each page regardless of if logged in or not:

Warning: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /homepages/.../rollingmedia.net/wp-content/plugins/dx-delete-attached-media/dx-delete-attached-media.php on line 28`

If I am logged in though and in the admin side of the site I get the following errors in addition (all before the page content):

I tried logging out and I got a whole page of errors all starting with “Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by ” and referencing files:
– wp-login.php
– wp-includes/functions.php
– wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/sso.php
– wp-includes/pluggable.php

Any ideas? If not, is there a simple way to roll back the update to 1.0.1?

Note – Since logging out I can’t log in again as the wp-admin page doesn’t display – only the errors. As such I went into the database and edited the active_plugins option to disable the plugin for now.
