• Hello there,
I got one question regarding page-speed.
Since I use the “full width”-layout on all pages the sidebar is not shown.
I’ve seen in the customizer that you can disable sidebar for single posts and archive posts in general.

Will this bring some advantage when I disable it generally in addition or is it fine like it is – all pages on “full width” and sidebar enabled in the customizer?

    Best regards!

  • Hi @thalakus,

Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help with your queries.

The Full width option on each page will override the setting for sidebar’s visibility in customizer. If you want to disable the sidebar on all pages, I’d recommend disabling it in customizer and enable full width on each page.

    Regards,

@kharisblank Thank you for the quick response!
But it doesn’t have performance-plus if I disable it generally, no?
So I can leave all pages full width but sidebar enabled in the customizer for the case that I might use it in the future, no?
