Booster performance issue

Hello,

I have a Booster plugin to display the currency-based on a country. I had a issue in diplay after enabling the cache since after installing booster my site became slow.
Your support team told to enable woocomerce geolocation with page caching support.
Before enabling this my page used to load in 2 sec and now it takes 10 seconds.
Please let me know without enabling geolocation in woocommerse why cant I achieve currency price display-based on IP using the booster plugin.
