Bootstrap library breaks SimplePress functionality

I am using the SimplePress plugin for my forum.

Unfortunately, I have been told that Customizr’s use of the bootstrap library is known to conflict with the jquery ui that wp and many plugins, like simple press, use.

Is there a way to avoid this problem on my forum page? Essentially, getting jQuery.ui.core script library to load AFTER bootstrap?
