Bootstrap modal issue

    HI,

    I think there is an issue with the conditional fields within a bootstrap modal.

    The fields do not toggle at all. I thought it was the form or the markup for my own form but I have copied the tutorial and copied the code and conditions across and the issue persists. I’ve copied the same tutorial code to a blank page, here and all works fine, just not in a modal.

    I was wondering could anyone help?
