Bootstrap not loading intermittently

This has been happening for a long time and I’ve been trying to route out the problem. 1 out of 10 times the page doesn’t load if your plugin is turned on. Only a white screen shows with no content.
This error is in the consol when it crashes:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (bootstrap.min.css.map, line 0)
