Bootstrap shortcodes not working

    Love this theme, thank you for the lite version.

    However,
    Yesterday I finished a couple of page edits. As I did this I noticed there were updates for this theme. I installed them and an update for my bootstrap shortcodes plugin. Right after the pages with shortcodes are broken – they display the shortcodes in the page post. T__T

    Is it a conflict with the plugin and the updates?

  • I’m a little questionable on these bootstrap plugins because they can produce issues if a theme uses bootstrap. Plus themes that use Bootstrap may not be using the default styling or classes of Bootstrap in general, whereas the plugin might be. One will often conflict with the other. Also, Bootstrap just went through a new makeover with version 3 and they changed a lot of things, which it appears the plugin is using Bootstrap 3…Luminescence is using only part of version 3. Long story short, I believe the plugin and the theme are going to cause conflicts. Plus, the theme already loads bootstrap, but the plugin loads in all the code and scripts again (duplicated). Technically it should not be used on themes that already use Bootstrap.
