Bootstrap Slider Blocked

    Hello!

    The Bootstrap slider on the home page of my site is blocked.
    You can see it on: https://www.theseagullwolrdtrip.com

    It should display 3 differents slides, that are on “On” in the customize part of the theme but it don`t turn anymore.
    It blocked without changing the configuration of the theme i think. There is also the boutton “next/before” that show the url: https://www.theseagullwolrdtrip.com/#bootstrap-slider

    After looking on the console analyse, it is said 2 error:
    – in the Source, in the index on the line 811 :”Uncaught TypeError: $carousel(…).carousel is not a function “.
    -Uncaught Error: Bootstrap’s JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher.

    I don’t really understand why it was working well before and now no.

    Could you help me with this please. I looked for the solution but i found nothing.

    There is a javascript conflict on your website.

    You can clear your WP Super Cache’s cache content, and see if it fixes the issue.

    If not, after clearing cache. Keep your WP Super Cache disabled.

    Proceed to troubleshoot by disabling one plugin at a time, until you found the plugin that’s causing this conflict.

    Hello Denzel,

    Thank you for your response, i did what you said and i found the source of the probleme: the pluggin WP Google Maps.

    So now my website bootstrap slider works fine, but i was interested by having the google map on my site.

    Do you know what is possible to do to work the pluggin google maps again without having troubles? Should i report the issue to the supportof the pluggin and wait for an upload?

    Hi,

    It’s not easy to resolve javascript conflict, unless it’s a plugin created by the same author.

    In this case, all you can do is to try out another free plugin.
