Bootstrap – update?

    Hi,

    I am using Hestia as a parent theme and our IT team has found security issues with the used bootstrap version. According to the code Hestia uses bootstrap 3.3.7.
    The current version of bootstrap is 5.1.3

    I tested a simple update by overwriting the bootstrap files, but the navigation and home page broke after this.

    Will there be an update to a more current version of bootstrap?

    I’ve shared this with the development team, and depending on priorities and other requirements, they will decide if the update is possible or not.
